Abstract:
In this presentation we will give an overview of the micro- and nanotechnology related activities at the Technical University of Denmark. We will give a special emphasis to the activities on top-down processing of components and functionalities with applications in areas such sensors, life sciences, environment, and telecommunication. Furthermore, we will give an introduction to our processing facilities and to our activities to transfer technology to industrial partners.
