Yongyao Cai (蔡永耀) is Director of Technology Partnership and Development at Memsic Inc., one of the very few companies that are successful in commercializing MEMS devices and being profitable. He has been a MEMS sensor and ASIC designer for 7 years in the company. He is the inventor of the first monolithically integrated three-axis thermal accelerometer. His current role includes: Identify and develop technology partnership with external partners. Design and develop MEMS based sensor and ASIC.
