个人简介
孙鎏炀,中国科学院上海微系统与信息技术研究所青年研究员,2020前沿实验室课题组长,博士生导师。在南京大学物理系分别取得学士和硕士学位,并于 2018年在德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校获得物理学博士学位,后在莱斯大学电气与计算机工程系、神经工程系从事博士后研究工作。
主要从事纳米光电器件的设计制备、特性研究及功能应用,在量子信息调控和生物信息检测等领域取得了多项创新成果。共发表SCI论文30余篇,其中包括Nature Photonics、Science Advances、Nano Letters、Microsystems & Nanoengineering、Biosensors and Bioelectronics等第一、通讯作者论文。
